[history]
May 6, 2003 -- John Belushi would have loved it.
Restaurant workers at the United Nations cafeteria staged an impromptu strike last Friday in a dispute over a new contractor's refusal to honor their vacation pay.
That left delegates and others - including Secretary-General Kofi Annan and members of the Security Council - unable to find anyone to serve their meals or clean their tables.

Where was UN peacekeeping force? How could they allow such looting and destruction? Where are the "peaceniks" demonstrating?
Enough! Expell UN from NYC to Belgium or France and let them fork the bills.

You see Budge's statement up there? He he he. I wouldn't be surprised if you already talked about it. What a bunch of juveniles running the UN. Why didn't Kofi Annon put a stop to it? LOL. I wish your show wasn't so late at night. FReegards....
To: Budge
There's also Hannity and Savage, not to mention Mike Reagan, Oli, and a bunch of others. We should put the UN on Double Secret Probation.
To: Budge
Just one more slip-up, and they are finished! Uups. Another totalitarian thug in the Human Rights Commission? Ok let's clear these bozos out of here. And if I see one more dead horse in my office....

I don't see why this should surprise anyone. It is a small-scale version of what the UN does, writ large, every day of the week. The majority of governments in the UN are Third-World kleptocracies, where stealing other people's money is the entire purpose of the state.

"refusal to honor their vacation pay" A shinning example of how the Elitists will treat the working class when they run everything.
To: Falcon4.0
In fairness, it was the contractor who mistreated the workers, but I suppose the contractor took its tone from the delegates.

Forget that! Where are the media? Even Brit Hume only put it in the Grapevine segment, making it a humorous aside. It's not humorous. Not by a longshot. It's disgusting.

I would suppose, considering their diplomatic immunity, it would be considered bad form to shoot the looters?
