Ya the CAG had to wave her off after he noticed her broom didn't have a tailhook.....Actually, they knew Hillary!'s lard @ss would sink the ship faster than the Titantic.

Pace yourself Doc, you don't want to run out of liberal idiots. :-D
To: NCC-1701
He is the #1 pilot from the Viking Shamrock Squadron at North Island -- best pilot they have and one of the top 10 pilots of tailhook including the F-18's etc.

It brings to mind that scene from INDEPENDENCE DAY where the POTUS leads a squadron of F18s into battle.I said the same thing this morning!! I remember watching ID and thinking..."That's what we need!" I felt like the Clinton Administration was an alien force invading our country!

I love the style Theodore Roosevelt set as a President, and always have.
I think I just witnessed a new Teddy Roosevelt emerge in American History. I love it!

It should be a law that every one of those pics taken on that carrier MUST be posted on FR within a week after landing.
These are great...
To: quark
Many thanks...during my AF crew dog days, I was always in the back, so I didn't get a chance to see too many landings, except out the side/paratroop door (EC-130s). Of course, there's a big difference in landing on a fixed runway, and putting an aircraft down on a carrier. I have the utmost respect for naval aviators, although there's still something inherently wrong about a runway that moves....BTW, during my days as an instructor at the Air Force's Air Command and Staff College, I had a student who was an Air Force One Co-Pilot for Bill--and he actually liked the guy. Probably the reason he made Major below-the-zone and went to school in residence.....
