I know there are some who want to create anti-sodomy laws. I don't. I don't see any particular need to try to remove them, but I would not fight that. I don't want to see the definition of marriage, which has existed for millennia, changed. I think we should be honest when speaking about homoerotic attraction that it is a sign of mental illness, but I am not ready to call for outlawing it.

Fair enough. I don't agree that homoerotic behavior is a mental illness but that doesn't mean I agree that the definition of marriage should be changed.

Pay no attention to him. He is too stupid to understand what the words "promote the general welfare" mean. As a matter of fact, I'd be suprised to learn that he's ever gotten past the first three words. "We the People" is hardly a libertarian referrence, now is it?
