ALEXANDRIA, Va. - A judge ordered the government Thursday to immediately give terrorism suspect Zacarias Moussaoui its top-secret plan for allowing him limited access to a senior al-Qaida prisoner.

The government attempted to submit the material to the court and keep it from Moussaoui for the time being. Classified as ``Top Secret/Codeword,'' the information was offered as a substitute for allowing Moussaoui to interview captive Ramzi Binalshibh via video hookup.

It's just a matter of time before this Clinton-appointed jurist finds a way to acquit the 20th hijacker.

Hand him over to the military now.

Hand him over the American public. Strip the SOB and drop him off in Times Square with a sign strapped to him with his name. He would last about 15 seconds.

And we woiuld have proof that even New York liberals will drop their pacifism in a New York minute given the proper motivation.

Who cares about this a-hole's rights? He certainly did not care about the rights of the thousands of people he conspired to kill.

He is not an American citizen, he is a murdering terrorist POS, and I see no reason to allow him to use the rights afforded by our Constitution against us - The Constitution is not a damned suicide pact.

I've seen and heard enough of the evidence to reach an informed opinion of his guilt - certainly enough that I would have no qualms about double tapping him in the back of the head.

OK, so if he definitely is all that you say he is, then what's to loose by showing him the evidence. I mean, is not the purpose of the evidence to prove that he is all that you say is here, or are you happy to take Dubya's word for it?

"We have evidence against you, but it is too secret for the court to see, but you are guilty. Take our word for it."

I don't care if we were trying Satan, himself, the court, that is us, gets to see the evidence.

then what's to loose by showing him the evidence

Information is classified for a reason. We should not allow him to use his trial as a mechanism to probe exactly how much we know about the conspiracy in an effort to aid al qaeda's further plots against us, or to allow his murdering colleagues a platform to express their views to the world media.
