That's my husband, too. If he could have Arby's every meal I think he would. Well, he might hit Taco Bell for a steak taco every once in a while just to shake things up a bit. I don't think that says anything too positive about my cooking! LOL!

I love to bake, but it's just getting to warm for that. The thought of cranking up that oven is just too much.

Your story about your kids reminded me of what my mom said when I moved out. "Don't take this the wrong way, but our grocery bill has just dropped so much since you left!" Gee, mom- how could I take that the wrong way?? But she meant the same thing you are referring to, once she adjusted to cooking for just her and my dad thier bill really dropped.

One woulda thought that would give American voters a clue as to what they were electing.

And it only got worse from there.

Why did Clinton wait until Dec. 19th, 2000 to push the UN for tougher sanctions against the Taliban?

For the same reason he depleted the military and didn't replenish it — to keep a Republican Administration preoccupied with foreign affairs and rebulding the military — and not pay attention to domestic affairs and undong the damage caused by the Left.

I know SoldiersGirl. One of the guys on one of the cable news shows refered to them as the Dixie Sluts last night, and that was before I knew anything about the magazine. I was taken back when he said it, I thought that was his own term for them.

I heard a story this week that was really diabolical. Clinton put out an ultimatum to the Taliban to hand over Osama within 30 days ... he signed it on December 20, so the 30 day deadline would hit on Bush's inauguration! Nothing to really DO anything to them, just enough to make them mad -- then run off to let Bush take the consequences. Is that Clinton all over, or what???

My beef with most of these celebrities is not so much what they said but the simple fact that they insist that they have a right to mouth off but I do not have a right to object. Their theory is that what they say is with in their 1st Admen rights but I violate that right if I do not support them financially.
