I heard a story this week that was really diabolical. Clinton put out an ultimatum to the Taliban to hand over Osama within 30 days ... he signed it on December 20, so the 30 day deadline would hit on Bush's inauguration! Nothing to really DO anything to them, just enough to make them mad -- then run off to let Bush take the consequences. Is that Clinton all over, or what???

Dec. 20, 2000: the UN reluctantly issued the threat with the 30 day grace period....to go into effect in time for President Bush's Inaugeration Day on Jan. 20, 2001.
