You've seen the Iraqi playing cards used by the military to track down the fleeing regime, but have you seen the Hollywood cards?

I believe Brad Pitt supported the war/troops and shouldn't be included in the deck.

There is another problem that I anticipate. A whole slew of letters of complaint from people who are upset with unfair and unlicensed commercial use of their images. But, what do I know anyway ... JMHO, flame away.

"
I believe Brad Pitt supported the war/troops and shouldn't be included in the deck." In addition Brad Pitt could sue, and easily win, for defamation of character. Comparing Brad Pitt to bin Laden at worst or a strong insinuation of doing so at best, is apparent.
I'm not defending Pitt, but that one card, in particular, crosses the line.

This deck is a really stupid idea. If Jeremy gets sued, I won't be surprised and will enjoy him getting his comeuppance(even though I detest BS).

Well, I didn't want to mention lawsuits right off the bat.
But I bet he receives many nasty demand letters in the mail just for starters.

He should put al-hollywood on each card so some reporters
could call it a last name.

It's called a parody, and it is protected under free speech. Do you not remember the Larry Flint case regarding Jerry Falwell? This is also not a real deck that I'm selling, which means that I'm not using the image for commerce purposes. But thanks for your support!
Brad Pitt actually spoke out against the war and Bush until the war started, but you make a valid point.

IIRC....Brad Pitt was asked by media "what his thoughts on the war or on Iraq were".....and he said...."What do I know...I'm just an actor."
And, I agree with others....this is a lawsuit waiting to happen for people with MONEY to spend.

A whole slew of letters of complaint from people who are upset with unfair and unlicensed commercial use of their images. They are public figures, and his deck of cards is not for sale. That's two major strikes against any lawsuit.
