There is another problem that I anticipate. A whole slew of letters of complaint from people who are upset with unfair and unlicensed commercial use of their images. But, what do I know anyway ... JMHO, flame away.

A whole slew of letters of complaint from people who are upset with unfair and unlicensed commercial use of their images. They are public figures, and his deck of cards is not for sale. That's two major strikes against any lawsuit.
