WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Rev. Al Sharpton is officially a candidate for the Democratic presidencial nomination, and will file campaign financial documents with the Federal Election Commission on Monday, his campaign manager said Tuesday.
Questions surfaced last week over the official status of the New York-based activist, after he was the only one of nine people vying for the nomination not to file financial disclosure forms with the FEC.
Sharpton had argued that he wasn't obligated to file disclosure forms because he was still "in the late stages" of exploring a possible run for the presidency.

That is why those of us live out west, will need to send $5 or $20 to his campaign in states where he can really harm the rats. It all begins on May 3rd in So. Carolina and the first "debate".

Oh Dear God. Just to balance out his ticket he should have the President of the New York Chapter of the Hell's Angels as a running mate.

Helping America while making money. That's what I call win-win.
On a serious note, what states allow voting in any party's primary?
