[history]
On his way to get a soda, he stopped in the men's room. He opened his pants and then ran smack into a shocked female janitor.
At that moment, Atleson and his lawyers say, the 34-year-old lawyer became ensnared in a swirl of powerful forces - sexual politics, labor strife, and greed - that would change his life.

It's nice to know he's "liberal" and "sensitive".

The legal lottery is really funny until you have to pay for it.

I'll bet he is a little less of both now. Eye openers like this make people rethink their politics.

"Procopio said. 'But we make no apologies for going forward. The system worked for Mr. Atleson.'"Certainly sounds like it!

I was working at Sharp Electronics in Nara, Japan in 1989. I was an on site representative with another company they were contracted with.
The first day I started there I was going to the bathroom and this woman walked right up to the urinals and started cleaning them. I noticed she timed her brushing with the males ending their flow. They clean the bathrooms while in use, and it ain't no big thing. They even say something which I assume is pleasant and smile as you retreat from the porcelain.
The people in America are just goofy.
Nice to see a lawyer suffer from his own profession though.

I'll be laughing at this bag of commie puke for days!
Hahahaha! Stinking liberal lawyer trash gets put through the wringer for trying to take a leak in a men's room. I must say he deserves every horrifying minute of what he went through.
Good for him he has a liberal track record, otherwise he might have been hanged. Massachusetts!
Bwahahahahahahahahahaha!

Here at my job the female and male janitorial service put signs out and prop the doors open when cleaning the restrooms.
Failure to notify people that a mens restroom is being cleaned by women puts the blame on the heads of the janitorial service.

A self-described liberal and ''sensitive'' guy I wonder if he learned anything?

Unicco was locked in an intense contract battle with the Service Employees International Union Aside: The SEIU is a sucker's union. Their membership gets penny-wages and pays dues for absolutely zero representation until contract negotiation time.

Back when I used to work, we had seminars on "Sensitivity" diversity and
sexual harrassment.
According to them, if you look at or say good morning to a female employee, they will fire you and run you out of the industry for your crimes(EMC corp, 1995). I always liked to ask them, "If this category of human is so dangerous that looking at them or speaking to them is prohibitted, why would you hire them?"
For that they did a diversity audit on my group. We failed.
We had a chinese woman and a white woman(who we were not allowed to look at or talk to!), a vietnamese man, a black man, and me. A week later we got two illiterate Dominicans who sat around drinking coffee and harrassing the women.
They fired me for pointing out their absurdity, but they claimed it was because I moved too fast and outproduced everyone else, thereby screwing up their production charts.
Since I was retired anyway, I could only laugh at them.

"The people in America are just goofy."Wrong, it's the liberal lawyers and their devotee's that are goofy, they're worse than goofy, they're mendacious reprobates.
To: HumanaeVitae
Phew. I'm just glad they're finally opened that last bastion of male domination, the men's room, to women. The very name smacks of sexism, the powerful symbolism of a place that's off limits to women only serves to keep them in a perpetually subservient role. Who knows what kind of deals are cut, and what opportunities are missed by arbitraily keeping women out of the men's room?
The lunatics are running the asylum.

I graduated college in the early '90s and spent seven years in corporate America before returning to school. I sat through all kinds of touchy-feely crap like that.

Since I was only contracting to have something to do and get some pocket change, I gave it to them everywhere I worked. EMC, Compaq, DG, lucent. Just about all the biggies. It was fun to be the lion among the sheep.
Never understood Dilbert before then. Came from a world where a plan was well made and well executed like a crack commando squad. Where there was no room for foolishness.
What a shock to hit the land of cube farms and over educated idiot ass-coverers.
Wouldn't do it any more though, even if I needed money.

The people I feel sorry for are members of Generation Y--i.e. late teens and twentysomethings. They got the PC indoctrination worse than anyone else. Lefty 'boomers had gotten all the power in schools and universitites in the 1990s and pushed full-on the pro-gay, pro-PC agenda.
