Showing a video that showed we sent a missile in the river to prevent us hitting innocent people. We had originally targeted a rocket launcher by a bridge but some civilians came upon the site, so the coalition scrubed the shot.

Rummy: Reporters are there and have information first (sic)
Says they will take their time and look at it. Says first report is usually wrong. We don't speculate. It takes days to get samples...

Rummy- We have only initial reports, and often the first report is wrong, we have to wait and see until the final conclusion. It will take days to get the final results. The prudent thing is to wait and let the thing play out.
