Viacom protected their "investment" when the concert for NYC was edited to replace the firemen/policemen booing Hillary with audio of them "cheering" her.

No, that's just the problem.

Hitlery has never actually written a book. They were ghost-written for her by professionals. Problem is, whenever a ghostwriter has worked for her, she has fought with them over content, criticized their work, bad-mouthed them to others, and quarreled over their fees. She has averaged about 2 and a half ghost writers per book. In at least one case I believe she refused to pay the ghost writer most or all of her fee.

Ghostwriters are a very specialized subset of professional authors, and once you get a bad rep among them they can blackball you in a heartbeat. I think that's what's happened here. Why put up with all that nonsense, and not even get paid anything at the end?
