"Not only did they force him to pay for the bullet that killed her, they also made him pay to get her body back so he could bury her."

That pretty much explains it.

Please read the trhead.
This is the regime you've been supporting and defending so vocally.
These are the remains of Iraqis that were executed by their own government.
Please note they are unburied.
All 200 of them.

Where have I defended the Saddam regime?

The Chinese have put an estimated 115 million baby girls to death since 1950; don't you think its kinda silly to make a case that we should invade countries who treat their people badly?

Have you not figured out that there is an important political need to find evidence linking Saddam to 9/11 that will stand the scrutiny of the American press? The American people already knew he was a bad man, but they supported this war, if you were half awake and follow politics, because of the Presidents belief that Saddam was linked to al-Qaeda, a claim that MI-5 says has not be established.

Then we go to this camp in Northern Iraq, which the CIA pinpointed over a year ago, and now we have finally captured the camp. Its crucial that independent newsources, like that MSNBC link you provided, back-up or refute the government.

Whatever your opinion is of the war or Bush, the consquences of not finding a smoking gun will be a major issue in 2004. Thinking conservatives and our Friends at the Murdoch Empire, should be careful that they not becomes dupes to unnamed government sources less they lose their credibility in the eyes of the public. Perception is everything, and yet you don't seem to realize the political consquences of calling allegations 'evidence.'

When you said we shouldn't be there, that there is no link between Al-qeada and Iraq, and that we aren't doing this for teh right reasons.
(You are stating that we should not be fighting this at all. Like I said, tell that to those the Iraqi regime has raped and executed.)

It's kinda silly to sidestep an argument and go off on a tangent.
Besides, China has not yet directly killed any of our people in an act of war.

Unless you want to follow the 9/11 money trail.
Then, yes they did. They funded it as well.

The thugs known as the ACLU need to get off their high horses, quit bitchin' about the terrorists we've got locked up at Gitmo and catch the first plane to Iraq and do a little inspecting of Satan's (ooops I mean Sadam's) prisoner treatment.

This is the status quo the peaceniks are defending.

In fact, we should hold their feet to the fire.

A British soldier holds up a book showing the dead bodies of who are thought to be Iraqis, discovered along with human remains and coffins at an abandoned Iraqi base near Basra, April 5, 2003. The remains were found in what appears to be a makeshift morgue on the outskirts of the town of Al Zubayr and it is unclear as to how long they have been there.

A soldier holds up a book with a list of what is though to be names, discovered along with human remains found by British forces, at an abandoned Iraqi base near the city of Basra in southern Iraq, April 5, 2003. The United States said its troops thrust into Baghdad for the first time on Saturday, taking the 17-day-old war to topple President Saddam Hussein right into his battered capital

It is horrible (I was not going to post that one as it is so graphic (the one above) - I am glad you did it instead me)

Human remains, along with coffins and photos of dead bodies, are seen at an abandoned Iraqi base near the city of Basra in southern Iraq, April 5, 2003. British forces said they had found the remains of as many as 200 people in the barracks and they were sending in forensic experts to investigate.

The left would tell you about how they are against the death penalty, but I think they are in deep envy of a system that could take out the politicaly undesirable.

did fund raisers and paid for those coffins as well as the rental of the warehouse.

It was done in their names.

How astonishing. Why would they keep these remains, and why so tidily? Why would they have bothered?
