Alright. Who came up with this magnificent bon mot?

"Tonight, David Brock will not only autograph and inscribe your copy, he'll change any 15 pages of the book you don't like."

Who's Barney's new Significant Other nowadays? He must have replaced the guy after Hot Bottom by now, what was his name?

Just as an aside, "Freepers" is such a fun, cool name. It really summarizes the happy warrior attitude I enjoy around here.

Barney Franks must not have been able to stand the crush inside because he spent a good deal of the time hanging around at the bottom of the stairwell. He and another guy left at one point and we waved and yelled goodbye Barney. A little while later, they came back; so we yelled, "Barney's back!" He was very good at ignoring us the whole time even though we yelled in his direction, used his name and told him about the many problems that the Democratic Party is having these days.

As Al Pacino said in Godfather Part 3 “Just when I think I can get out they drag me back in.”

When x42 was impeached the DC Chapter thought our work was done. How wrong we were.

Once again, the DC Freepers do us all proud. This was lousy duty, so special thanks are in order! Having to be near that group is above and beyond the call of duty!

It was a great FReep; kinda like shooting fish in a barrel.

The funniest part of the evening was that these people still can't get over losing in 2000. They still want another recount...count the undervotes, count the dead vote, blah, blah, blah.

And the fact that Bush is so popular with the majority of Americans really, really, really bugs 'em.

They are in dire need of an anger management inpatient program.
