Yep, also, ABM tech. is likely to be mostly laser based (like the Airborne Laser), not projectile based like the ABM installation in Alaska. If they're not up there already, we need to get some laser-firing sats up there, but before that can be public, we need to abrogate that stupid UN treaty.

The laser based system is a fine concept, but it doesn't abrogate the usefulness of the ABM interceptors. These will each have their place in an integrated launch-through-reentry anti-missile system. In addition, our having varied methods will (like our Triad nuke delivery concept) minimize the likelihood of our system becoming technologically outclassed.

Vet says a cross between a Treeing Walker and a Blue Tick.

You have to understand how funny it is that we have this big (150 lb.s and I am not making that up) coon hound.

We live in a suburban subdivision, not a rural area. We do not hunt. My daughter brought the dog home from the animal shelter when my sheltie mix died. They told her it was a beagle. HA!

When I saw the puppy, I thought "not beagle" because she had that hound dog head. Sure enough, I was right. The dog just grew and grew!!

She is excessively spoiled, loves us to pieces, and gets along well with the cats. However, she is ALWAYS wanting to be where I am, which means that she is inside a lot (like most of the time). It is rather like having a small pony in the house.
