Yeah. Way too low. Use RICO and level huge fines.

Don't hold your breath. The illustrious District Attorney of SF is a commie sympathizer himself.

You don't know how right you are. In a profile on Hallinan shortly after the election that he eventually won in a runoff, there was a photo of Hallinan in his office at home. Standing out in the background was that infamous poster of Che Guevara.

I think those Communist groups need to be investigated from head to toe. Here's something I didn't know until a couple of days ago-one of THE instigators of all this, the SF-IMC, gets partial funding from Bill Moyers.

It's more likely that the SF Supervisors would try again to implement a commuter tax. Make the non-resident workers pick up the tab.

"And the DA subsequently dropped the felony charges according to earlier radio news and an article posted here."

communities getting what they voted for. . .

Personally, given the huge cost these people are putting against entire communities; they should be required to leave a 'security deposit' beforehand.

They behave; they get it back; they disrupt citizens, businesses et al; leave a huge mess. . .they do not.

I was going to say how about long jail sentences also, but I don't think any of these losers ever work.

Enough of this crap about America having a "great tradition of civil disobedience." There is nothing great about allowing groups of people to destroy private or public property or to disrupt 100s of businesses.

Start with ANSWER and Ramsey Clark. Saddam has paid him to be his legal counsel.

So why aren't these hoodlums being charged with the RICO statutes? They are organized, they are blocking entrances, they are conspiring to commit crimes...shall I go on?

San Francisco is a rats' nest of traitors that richly deserves to be shut down.

ANSWER and Ramsey Clark...Saddam has paid him to be his legal counsel.

An astonishing charge, meriting jail time for Clark if he actually were an unregistered foreign agent of an enemy state. Any proof of this treason?

Why the evil Ramsey Clark is not indicted can only be a legacy of the Clintonized Justice Department and the corrupt American lawyer industry.

It is our job to remember the disloyalty and outright treason was itnessed by hollywierd and most of the street scum.

It is apparent, even to the San Francisco city council, that ANSWER's solution is the demise of the American way of life. SF just got a preview of what the eco-socialists have in mind for all of us.
