She was 11 in 1999. She's 15 now? With a three year old daughter and a 3 month old son? Oh dear.

Warrants have been issued charging Hector Majarro Frausto, 22, with kidnapping and statutory rape. We don't need to extradite all of Hector, just the guilty parts.

I wonder is she bringing the two babies with her, or do they stay in Mexico? Sad story all the way around.

Good grief. Will this poor little girl ever be able to fit back into normal family life? Prayer for her.

Are her kids American citizens? No, she will need to apply for citizenship for them.

She is an American, so her children are natural born Americans. The US Embassy in Mexico should have the documents for the birth of an American citizen abroad.
Iwould hope she would not leave her children with that creep, bring 'em home, now!

"Dana went to the U.S. Consulate General's office in Guadalajara last week. Consulate officials contacted the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which contacted the Hoke County sheriff's office." Both a miracle she is alive and a saddness for the life altered forever. Childhood lost. ... and a blessing. She will have a difficult time adjusting to her new life. No matter how glad she is to return home; and how glad they are for her return.

Now it makes me wonder how many of the girls abducted here in Texas are in Mexico. I've always prayed they are alive somewhere but really haven't had much hope. Maybe we better start checking on our neighbors south a little more.

Thank the Good Lord, another one is found.
FWIW, don't expect this creep ever to get justice. Mexico almost never extradites. It happened last week, but it took years for them to agree to turn the creep over.
NOTE TO THE SALACIOUS: No more comments, please, about how she "willingly" went with this guy. It was disgusting enough on the Smart threads.

She is an American, so her children are natural born Americans. I do not believe this is correct.

If this was my daughter I'd want to disassemble him myself with her four brothers.

''Every time I'd watch TV and they'd find a body, I would pray it wasn't her,'' Wanda Pevia said. Maybe Wanda should have been paying a bit more attention when her daughter was growing up.
Then again, maybe she was a fine mother. I don't know. It just doesn't sound that way.
To: The Other Harry
Sounds like she was abducted from her bus stop or on the way to/from school. The creep in question may have offered her a ride and since she 'knew' him she accepted. Sad.

We don't need to extradite all of Hector, just the guilty parts. For once I agree with you, So9.
