Well, then, you'll love this shot of the JSTARS aircraft! The SLAR (Side Looking Airborne Radar) is located in the long pod slung under the aircraft along the centerline of the fuselage.

OBTW, my memory is failing me...it's Target Attack Radar, not Target Acquisition Radar. They never would let me name these systems...

Aviation Ordnancemen move an AGM-65F Maverick air-to-surface missile to a weapon’s elevator for loading on Carrier Air Wing Two (CVW-2) aircraft, already staged on the flight deck aboard the aircraft carrier USS Constellation (CV 64). The Maverick is a tactical missile designed for close air support, interdiction, and defense suppression. It is effective against a wide range of tactical targets, including armor, air defenses, ships, ground transportation, and fuel storage facilities.
