Well, the 3 big winners, were a musical, Mike Moore, and a pedophile, and nobody watched. What a surprise!

No doubt the low ratings were due to Blacklisting.

I only watched once and it was when Michael Moore-on won...Im glad I did...how refreshing it was to see him get boo'd and then Steve Martin, liberal, bash him...

I have never watched "oscars"--never will. Simply because, quite frankly, I don't give a d----.

I figured. I skipped it for the first time since I was a kid. Who wants to listen to a bunch of morons yell about the war?

The oscars were on? Missed it, must've been that war thing.

I didn't even know the Oscars were on until this morning. I guess I have more important things to do than watch a bunch of rich hypocrites pat themselves on the back.

The next direction that the "free speech" actors will get from the Entertainment Industry is:

SHUT YOUR MOUTH!

And they will.

Yes, you can praise my ingenious prediction here.

I bet Drudge on Monday morning will report that the Oscars had their lowest ratings ever.

(Actually, anyone with sense could have predicted this.)

I just heard on my local radio station that, in some areas, reruns of Joe Millionare got a higher market share than the Oscars did. LOL! Now that's funny.

Couldn't have happened to a more deserving bunch, or a more deserving network (Arab Broadcasting Corporation).

Heh heh heh ...

Drudge now has posted:

ABC'S AIRING OF OSCARS PLUNGES TO A 25.4 RATING/37 SHARE, OVERNIGHTS SHOW, OFF FROM LAST YEAR'S RECORD LOW SCORE OF 29.1/47. UNBELIEVABLY, LAST MONTH'S 'JOE MILLIONAIRE' REACHED HIGHER SHARES IN SOME MARKETS THAN OSCARS... MORE...

I can't take credit for the drop because I didn't watch it last year either, or the year before that, or the year before that, or the year before that, or the year before that, or the year before that, ......

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!! We socked it to those jerks with the blowdried hair and fancy tuxedos and beautiful gowns. They may be pretty to look at but they're decadent on the inside. And in the last year they've become repulsive to watch as well. As for the Oscars' stinky ratings, let me just put it this way: they got exactly what they deserved.

I made it a point not to watch (not that I ever pay much attention anyway). It's just a bunch of high school dropouts blowing their own horn, and with the added expectation of anti-Bush speeches, who needs it?
