"Kofi Annan just announced that once the war is over, UN inspections will continue."

There is no doubt that those inspections will be every bit as productive as the inspections that were conducted prior to the Gulf War II!

What the hell is this pygmy smoking?

He hasn't changed drugs. He is doing as always, in cahoots with Russia, China, France, Germany, and a host of third world countries, striving to weaken the U.S. and strengthen our enemies. This last move is to try to ward off irrelevance. Me thinks he is too late.

You are correct!

The real inspection crews, the UKs, the Aussies and ours are on ground in Iraq. They will make the inspections without hinderance from Iraq's allies who stand by Iraq in the irrelevant UN.

Annanni wants his criminals with the French, German, Russian and ChiCom criminals burning and destroy any evidence of WMD's coming from those 4 countries.

Perhaps Kofi heard that Iraq needs more Russian missles and GPS equipment?

Kofi would like to arrange some more UN Humanitarian Food Flights where these shipments are hidden, as reported and formally protested by our State Department this past Saturday.

"He also said the Oil for Food program will continue..."

Kofi and Company skim those UN relief programs for their own off-shore bank accounts. He doesn't want to lose his rice-bowl.

I pray GW Bush makes the post-war Iraq recovery an All American/UK show and the money flows our way, instead of into the corrupt UN.

Americans Don't Need No
Stinkin U.N.
U.S. Marines take up positions after an air raid alarm brought their convoy to a halt near Al Nassiriya in Iraq (news - web sites), March 23, 2003. Marines battled Iraqi guerrillas for control of the southern city on Sunday, taking significant casualties in a fight to open a route north to Baghdad, U.S. officers said. Reuters Correspondent Sean Maguire, traveling with the Marines First Regiment south of the city, said he could see explosions and huge plumes of smoke over Nassiriya, on the Euphrates river about 225 miles southeast of Baghdad. no outrage over the way our pows were treated

Yeah and France does not what the US to have any say in the reconstruction and establishment of the new Iraqi government either. They say they will fight it. Translated=you guys fight the war, endure casualties and we will come in and claim the glory of the rebuilding. The thing that bothers me is the UN and international commmunity will see nothing out of line about that and dems in office will likely push us to accept that line of thinking so we can "save" a few bucks.
