From what I could deduce from the statement, it was a regular plant but something important is there now. It is north not the one they are looking into down south.

Just keep trying. Some are online/offline frequently. Some get server overload with too many trying to log on, etc. Right now, for me, CBS, CNN and MSNBC bagdad webcams are the only ones that seem to be working.
