>>Ok, best picture: chicago!
It was rigged, I tell ya!

What's amazing is that GONY was completely shut out! Not that I care -- I can't stand scorsace or any of his work and this was another self-serving gratuitous flick.
But I doubt Chicago was worth 6.

I feel it would be disloyal for me to ever see Chicago..... Kindof like how I felt about A Beautiful Mind last year.
Gotta be loyal to the team!

Martin ends with a salutation to the troops. "Hope you enjoyed the show- it was for you."
Shame it was a freak show.

Chad Lowe is on my goodie list. He's got a yellow ribbon on tonight. Brother to the Bush-supporting Rob Lowe!

The writer didn't do his homework. They did not go bowling that morning.

Can I get anyone's scorecard?
You know -- silver slugs, peace symbols before or pins.
The only flag i am aware of was J. Voight.
I'd like to know who to boycott from now on.

I actually cried when I saw actors, including Meryl Streep, give a standing ovation to Roman Polanski. He drugged and raped a 13 year old girl. No wonder they didn't have a problem with clinton.

So fitting for Hollywood. An Oscar goes to a child rapist who fled our country.

I'd like to know who to boycott from now on. You know, some of these actors were ambiguous, which is as good as boycott-worthy, I think. I actually work with a lib who logically sees the necessity of war, but in his heart doesn't "FEEL" it's right....whatever. He's the type that I'll ask, "Do you think business associate xyz is trying to screw us on this deal?" He'll say, "No. At least I hope not." I get exasperated and say, "Don't tell me what you wish, tell me what you BELIEVE and THINK is happening!" That's many libs in a nutshell.

EWW! I didn't know that about Harrison.
I'll switch to coveting Bruce Willis' bod--I know he's a good guy. He was very hot in "Die Hard". I have a nice picture in my mind of him all sweaty in his torn undershirt.

i recognized part of the signal was to thank your wife/lover or whatever because hillary forgot when she won and then he thanked her ..but I thought maybe there was some other connection
