I heard a little bit about him whining about Iraqi casualties! What the heck is his problem!
To: My Favorite Headache
I saw it. And saw the steam start to come from Rumsfeld's ears.

Once again, Wolf proved to all that he is an idiot. I kept waiting for Rumsfeld to lose it.

Blitzer is extremely obnoxious!
All I could do was visualize Rumsfeld reaching through the camera to wring his neck!
God knows I sure wanted to!

Wolf Blitzer should go back to hiding under the table like he did in Desert Storm.

He's beyond a bastard. He's an anti-American. On another thread it was mentioned after his interview with Rumsfeld he turned to Paula Zahn and said "...but we don't know how many civilians have been killed as well". As though there's some sort of moral equivalency between our accidental killing of civilians (who are being killed under Saddam ANYWAY and who we are trying to FREE) and Iraqi military taking POW's and treating them outside the Geneva Convention. I HATE WOLF AND CNN. I am beyond anger and when I calm down, I WILL e-mail them.

I saw this too, I am furious, how do I email CNN and tell them what I really think about this BS. The question about seeing your family member as a POW giving COMFORT, OMG, what an idiot!!!!

These POW film clips are a line in the sand for news networks. We'll soon see which among them choose to actively support Saddam by showing the tapes.

Those who wake up in the morning and look into the mirror only to be disappointed that they are still the same person that they were the previous day!

Wolf can be emailed here. Just scroll down on the link and click on his name. I hope every FReeper shows him we're sick of his nonsense.

ABC covered the story of the propaganda play by the Baghdad officials as if it were real this morning. Firing into the water, burning the brush on the bank of the river and running up and down the bank of the river was played up as a real event. We were assured that they'd have more information for us as soon as we knew the fate of our aircraft and pilot.
Folks, it's sickening what the media in this nation has become.
Listen to a Presidential press conference. It's almost embarassing some of the dum bass comments some of reporters ask. If I were the President or Rumsfeld, I'd simply break out into laughter at some of them and say, "Next!"

For us to air the tapes of the POWs would not only NOT provide comfort to the family, but it may even violate terms of the Geneva Convention. (The parts about maintaining dignity of the POWs.)

Permit me to repost something
I noted Friday about Wolfie, and then tell me - is anyone surprised?
This afternoon, CNN's Wolf Blitzer interviewed at length a so-called journalist on the scene in Bagdhad, one May Ying Welsh by name. A simple google search reveals that she is affiliated with Ramsey Clark's International Action Center, Not in Our Name and other Communist front organizations.
This may explain why, instead of simply describing what was happening, she was railing angrily about how many civilians would die and claiming that the U.S. hadn't hit any Iraqi govt. buildings of significance. She even implied that no govt. officials even were there, just low-level people and "cleaners," i.e., the night janitor! Needless to say, Wolfie didn't mention her obvious bias, just presented her report as fact.
Iraq kicked out CNN, but they have no problem with Ms. Welsh. And CNN has no problem presenting propaganda as fact.

I saw the interview as well and I was extremely insulted at Blitzer's comments. ABC and CNN have taken an ALJAZEERA approach to war reporting. They are both traitors to America.

Screw Wolf Blixer.
Just one more reason why I V-chipped CNN.

I've seen lots of close up pictures of Iraqi prisoners in our POW camps. Is it illegal to show them like this or is it just against the law to show them being interrogated? If it's against the law to photograph them for use on TV and in magazines isn't that a violation of the law also?
Second early this morning I saw some of the tape of our troops being forced to answer questions. They are now all saying that they won't show the tape because a. it's wrong and b. the families haven't been informed. Which networks showed the video of the prisoners?

There is a good chance that the media is turning against the war and starting to lead the charge towards defeat. NEVER NEVER underestimate the power of the left.
