I've seen lots of close up pictures of Iraqi prisoners in our POW camps. Is it illegal to show them like this or is it just against the law to show them being interrogated? If it's against the law to photograph them for use on TV and in magazines isn't that a violation of the law also?
Second early this morning I saw some of the tape of our troops being forced to answer questions. They are now all saying that they won't show the tape because a. it's wrong and b. the families haven't been informed. Which networks showed the video of the prisoners?

I think it was SKY that showed it.

It is illegal to humiliate them in public (including TV), that includes broadcasting forced interrogations and interviews.
Also, I have yet to see an up close shot of a POW that we have where the POW was not the one to initiate contact with the camera (walking over to it, waiving arms, etc.) and no video of any interrogations and interviews. Simply showing them is not illegal.
