It is illegal to humiliate them in public (including TV), that includes broadcasting forced interrogations and interviews.

Also, I have yet to see an up close shot of a POW that we have where the POW was not the one to initiate contact with the camera (walking over to it, waiving arms, etc.) and no video of any interrogations and interviews. Simply showing them is not illegal.
