Absolutely AWESOME. I was in Bellevue late this afternoon, and there were STILL people there! (And a small handful of peaceniks across the street were STILL outnumbered by patriots.)

GREAT JOB, EVERYBODY!!!

Heard it on the radio today, fantastic work out there, about 5K strong from what I heard.

So, let's do the math.... 500 anti war morons in Downtown Seattle require 100 cops working OT (making 14 arrests). 5000 Support our troops people require 3 cops (drinking 14 cups of coffee). And tell me again, who is on the side of peace?

I nominate that for quote of the day

The Bellevue rally was fantastic! What a beautiful bunch of Americans! In four hours, out of all the hundreds of cars that passed, maybe ten carloads failed to respond to the flags and friendly waves with enthusiastic thumbs-ups, honking and gimme-skins of their own. Three occupants shook their heads in disgust, and the occupants of the filthiest VW on the east side hid behind "No blood for oil" signs. Seriously--couldn't even see them.

And finally, one felt-clog-clad hairy-legged feminist footsoldier had an animated discussion with herself as she endured walking past a quarter-mile or so of wild, enfatuated patriots. Priceless!

I saw some of this rally and it was a sight to behold. Estimated 5000 attendance and probably the largest rally EVER in Bellevue. The rally covered nearly four blocks. For Bellevue, this is HUGE. The tiny peacenik streetcorner protests were dwarfed by the patriotic turnout today. Great job all!

It was beautiful!

It rained hard about 11:15am but then it was sunny (sunny?) and brisk. The flap of the flags was something to behold.

Uplifting!

I love you guys! What an awesome event! Everyone looked great! What a great show of support out here in the pacific northwest! Keep flying the Red White and Blue! Bellvue for sure needed a wake up call... Too many apathetic people here who just cares about their money. I'm glad to see there's still life in this town who appreciate and respect the freedoms of this country and the support of our military that protects it! God Bless America!

What an awesome event!

Wasn't it?! I had to laugh at the KOMO website news headlines (linked from www.570kvi.com). "Some drivers honked." Geez, it was noisy, deafening, out there. You could hear it on the radio even. (At one point John Carlson was having trouble, it was so loud.)

Great!
But now, Saddam's forces have captured, tortured, and executed some of our men, and possibly a woman,
in violation of the Geneva Convention. TODAY, let's not stand around in Bellevue, the most conservative
area in the Pacific NW, go to the heart of the beast - SEATTLE. Today there will be hundreds, if not
thousands, of America haters in front of the Federal Building on 2nd Street and at Westlake Plaza dancing
around samba drums, denouncing our country, and giving aid & comfort to our enemy. That's where we
need to be, heckling them, calling them the traitors they are, letting the public see the contarst between
the decent folks who support America, and the unwashed rabble that hates America.
Go to Seattle!
