[history]
March 21, 2003 -- WASHINGTON - Chief U.N. weapons inspector Hans Blix yesterday said Iraq violated its agreement with the United Nations if the missiles it fired at American troops were Scuds.
"I'm very interested to know whether they used Scuds," Blix said in an interview with the Fox News Channel. "If they're firing [Scuds], of course that shows that there's a violation," he said.

The government of Sweden should kill this stupid bastard, before he embarrasses them any more than he has already... Now now, the Swedish government doesn't kill people. It merely bores them to death with long lectures on public health.
Which is worse, a bullet in the head or a Swede lecturing, I leave to your discretion. ;)

I think the families of anyone who gets injured or killed by these scuds should sue Mr. Blix in a class action suit.
His negligence speaks for itself.

THIS JUST IN: "
Hans Blix finally faces the world after being caught lying to the world
about Iraqi weapons of mass destruction. Blix systematically hid Iraqi
drones AND the two-stage engines AND various missiles including SCUDS
AND anthrax AND VX AND ....
evidentiary proof of involvement of the German and French WMD-industries.
Here he is, ........Mr Blix .....
Mr. Blix what do you have to say .......?"

I'll opt for the bullet, thanks.

What's really sad is that the Nobel Peace Prize next year will likely go to Hans Blix, Kofi Annan, and Jacques Chirac for their efforts. And I'm not kidding...

Probably, but am I the only one who is a bit perplexed that Saddam hasn't used some rougher stuff yet? (and happily surprised, of course!)
A thought hit me about this while listening to peacenik whiners yesterday on the news. Those of you on DU and other sites should get them all shouting about how Saddam hasn't used any WMD's, and that's proof that he can be trsuted with them, that we didn't need to go to war, and that they probably don't even exist. This creates a good situation for us, since, if they are not used, our troops are much better off (as well as many innocent people), and if they are used or found, the Lefties get stuck looking even more apologetic for and supportive of Saddam (and even more ridiculous, as if that were possible). Heck, if the message goes global quickly enough, it could even influence Iraq to not use them at all, looking to score the diplomatic victory, since the military one is not in the cards.

It should go to George W. Bush and Tony Blair - by taking out Iraq, a lot of the fuel goes out of terrorism, and thus promotes peace.

"I'm very interested to know whether they used Scuds," Blix said in an interview with the Fox News Channel. "If they're firing [Scuds], of course that shows that there's a violation," he said... Blix told the U.N. Security Council this month that it was "questionable" whether the Iraqis had destroyed all of their Scuds
All this and more, in this month's issue of DUH: The Journal of the Obvious!

76% of all Americans support Bush w/o the UN
I don't think that will change if no significant WMD are found.
Will the world cry when Sadam is deposed and there are no WMD found?
Maybe.
Will Americans?
A few. Not many.

I'm trying to think of a clever response, but best I can come up with is "Blix you're a fool!"
