Brit Hume said it was the 'breach' clause, not the commander-in-chief clause, so it figures MSNBC would say the opposite.

If your "thinking" is that we should never go to war because people might get killed, then I'm nominating you for the "Idiot of the Year" award.

LOL - priceless. I was there today. Needed that chuckle, thanks.

Sir, just how bad was it in Seoul today? Our media was showing the riot police clashing with the civilians.
I was on patrol a few times up in TDC and they could get quite nasty with the beer bottles.

For those Democratic twits, here's the timeline (1991-2002) of Iraqi *non*compliance with UN resolutions, etc.
http://usinfo.state.gov/products/pubs/iraq/timeline.htm#1991
This is great, as it also shows how after years of obstruction and defiance against the UN, the UN actually ends up making thing *easier* for Iraq, and they *still* don't comply in the least. The UN is a freaking joke.

I heard dems are holding this up because it had a clause in support of the Commander-in-Chief!
Nope, Fox mentioned that but said that wasn't what was holding up the resolution. Said it was the material breach clause.

If they all go on record agreeing he IS in material Breach, they cannot later join in the hue and cry to bring Bush up on war crime charges
Or some chicken crap effort to impeach him... gotta hate the RATS

Didn't see anything of the kind, nor have I heard about any demonstrations today.
Could be something happening somewhere in the city, though, but I actually expect that the demonstrations going on in the US are larger and more violent than anything going on in Seoul.

We can only hope that the conclusion of the war brings with it an endless supply of stuff to rub the Democrats' noses in. Hey, remember when you said you were so terribly saddened by the U.S. starting the war? Well, listen to these Iraqi mothers crying with joy to the U.S. armed forces for saving them from having more of their children mutilated before their eyes. Remember when you said the war was a failure of diplomacy? So how well did your diplomacy work to save all these people burned alive in acid baths? Oh, they weren't your constituents or contributors to your campaign and, therefore, could safely be ignored?

String em all up by their lying, duplicitous, traitorous tongues--at least enough to make em stand on tip-toe until they learned better reality testing!
Sheesh.
What a bunch of human garbage.
I've suspected for decades our congress was infiltrated with a bunch of Commies. I didn't realize the percentage was so high.
Sigh.
