Fox News- US Military Has Formally Asked For Kurd Military Assistance

Due to the fact that US cannot use Turkey bases, the US has asked for Kurd military assistance. This has been determined by military and political necissity.

Turkey has said they will not allow a separate Kurdish state to be established. Ditto for Iran. Will this bring them into the equation?

This is not a shot at Turkey. The Turk planners originally agreed to this arrangement and were only recently over ruled.
The split of the Turkish government is the result of this policy, not the cause.
