This "live" thread is an excellent idea and it was indispensable for me at work today with respect to keeping up with events. All I had to do was periodically refresh the thread and I was quickly brought up to date on all matters concerning the war as Freepers feeded information into it from every available news source.

Being that Day Two of the war is soon to dawn upon Iraq, I wonder if we should not soon start a "Day 2" thread.
