As to Shock and Awe, if they find they don't have to expend the ammunition, they won't do it. If they need to, they will.

CNN is reporting that "shock and awe" is on hold as pentagon tries to determine whether there is any command and control left in Iraq.

That reminds me of a question I've been wanting to ask. Iraq was supposed to be ordering U.S. and British military uniforms to fool people and commit atrocities. Who filled the order for them?
