Gore also enjoys the greatest support among Democratic voters (74%), followed by Clinton (70%), Gephardt (70%), and Kerry (65%).

Do The demoncrap party count their votes the same way
74+70+70+65 = 279%

...in spite of his three-months absence from the national political scene, former Vice President Al Gore is still the strongest Democratic challenger to President Bush.

Absence makes the heart grow founder. I know it's sick. Albeit, in Gore's case it seems to be the cause of why he's in Dem's front runner. All the others have been making fools of themselves.

The Draft Gore 2004 Committee (DraftGore.com) commissioned Zogby International to add Gore's name to the list of contenders for the match-ups against Bush.

This is GREAT news!

If Gore is the "leading contender" then Bush is a lock.

What really impressed me was that Gore was campaigning and soliciting cash one week and withdrew the next week. I think he was vetted by someone. IMHO the problem was his visit to China last Summer. He must have asked or promised something out of the ordinary.

This is hilarious. The Dems pushed poor old Al out of the race and now after months of huffing and puffing none of them has managed to get off the ground yet.

The one sobering thought is Hillary waiting in the wings.

But, but, but I thought that a poll last week said that President Bush would lose against an "unnamed Democrat"???

Maybe the "unnamed Democrat" was God?
