Here's my thought. Did Daschle not see and/or listen to what happened when the Dixie Chicks made an uncalled for comment against a popular U.S. President? We should hold Daschle to nothing less. In fact, his comments were worse!

That retards the best thing to happen to the Democratic (Socialist) party for awhile.
I hope the nitwit keeps shooting off his mount, all the way up to 2004.

Daschle has bet the farm on a loss for the US in this battle. He'll do anything in his power to make it happen.

Truly disgraceful. I'm glad he's doing it.

As O'Reilly said last night, "Daschle is a bad American." If he thinks he can bad mouth Bush but then vote for war (playing both sides of the fence), he's sadly mistaken. I see his polical career lasting as long as Saddam's at this point.

Dashle fails miserably to convince anyone, that he (Dashle) is credible. What an IDIOT, along with the other usual suspects.

But after that speech - in which Daschle seemed to blame Bush more than Saddam Hussein - he reiterated that he would still vote, as he did last fall, to OK an Iraq war:

truly a man (in a pink tie) of his convictions ... i guess maybe linda d stands to make a bundle through the airline industry and the coming rebuilding of iraq

Daschle just doesn't get it.

Diplomacy was never going to result in regime change and nothing short of regime change was going to change Iraq's support for terrorism or taste for WMD.

So what if American diplomacy failed? It's the best of all worlds. We made a good faith effort that was blocked by the French. That good faith effort gave us time to get our troops built up without Saddam taking premptive moves against us.

And now we can have a quick war, liberate the Iraqis and remove a horrible regime from the face of the earth while dealing terrorism a major blow and sending a strong message to any other country that would support terrorism.

And Dashchle is upset about his. How stupid!!!

Maggot mouth Dashole holds zero credibility in 99% of real Americans minds. He has let his racing mouth over-ride his skinny ass far too many times since 9/11, goodbye Tommy.

My message to Daschle sent to his webform. After sending it I wondered how many of the actual messages sent to him does he ever read or even have knowledge of. Hmmmm? I suspect the kids on his office staff are charged with deleting unfavorable messages. Maybe he really doesn't know what Americans are thinking due to the insulation his staff provides. He is not a very smart man.

Sir,

With all due respect, your statements of March 17, 2003 suggest your HATE for President Bush EXCEEDS your care, concern and hope for America and the well being and safety of the American People. Furthermore, your HATE for President Bush drives you to make idiotic statements at the most inappropriate times. Your behavior has become questionable.

Your HATE for President Bush also EXCEEDS your interest in giving the Iraqi people freedom. The same freedom you take for granted daily.

The evidence for the above is found in the fact you continually supported military actions when Mr. Clinton was in office.

Your motivation has become transparent regarding any issues if President Bush is involved --- hate. You are now revealed for America and the whole world to see. The Nation, worldwide media, and even your own party recognizes these disturbing issues you have with President Bush.

Consider retiring from the Senate gracefully, now.

Regards,

But after that speech - in which Daschle seemed to blame Bush more than Saddam Hussein - he reiterated that he would still vote, as he did last fall, to OK an Iraq war: "I would vote the same way I did back then."

Daschle (S.D.) said he and other Democrats believe the administration is "rushing to war without an adequate concern for the ramifications of doing so unilaterally, or with a very small coalition."

But yet the twerp doesn't have the cojones to vote against it.

In 1998, Clinton passed the Iraqi Liberation Act which called for regime change, but decided to bomb Serbia instead. Daschle supported that resolution by saying the following: "Look, we have exhausted virtually our diplomatic effort to get the Iraqis to comply with their own agreements and with international law. Given that, what other option is there but to force them to do so? ... The answer is, we don't have another option. We have got to force them to comply, and we are doing so militarily."

That was then, this is now. Visit my thread on this topic - has e-mail addresses and phone numbers. Activism appreciated. Thanks.Daschle Supported '98 Regime Change

If it was a very small coalition, surely little Tommy would be at the head of it.

"I'm saddened, saddened that this president failed so miserably at diplomacy that we're now forced to war," Daschle said

I'll be saddened, saddened when South Dakota voters finally wake up and throw this sniveling nincompoop out of office!
