I thought I would get this thread rolling. I am going to post some pictures from today to whet your appetite. Freepers can give their reports and some of us were interviewed by the Denver papers. We will include press coverage as it appears.

It seems the "most likely to have earned a section eight or alleged" veteran crowd, found a another brow beating tactic. Slimy Scotty Ritter often beat up newsies with a similar tactic; whenever a newsie would begin to question Ritter's 180 degree flip-flop. Questioning your right to counter-protest, since you did not serve in the armed forces.

If a "thanks for your service" doesn't calm them; you might want to respond with something like:

Tell me sir, what did you think about Al Gore disqualifying out our soldiers/sailors overseas absentee ballots? You've been hanging with the same crowd which supports the Gore military voter disenfranchisement scheme.

If you get any response other than agreement with you after that zinger, it is likely they are not a veteran. This veteran thanks you FReepers for supporting the young men and ladies of the US Armed forces. Don't forget to e-mail the troops with your FReep stories. They will love it. And consider the news source they suffer.

It is amazing what 33 years will do. LOL

This was taken back when another serviceman from another time appreciated the support of the people he had vowed to protect. I remember those times and the only way I know to pay those who supported us then is to pass that support on to those who protect us now.

To Everyone involved in the support our troops rally in Denver:
Thank you. I am a US Army NCO stationed at Ft. Lewis, WA. It is good to know that there are actually people supporting us back home. All I have heard lately is leftist/marxist views from Colorado and how Bush is merely pushing his "oil agenda". I am so very sick of all this nonsense.....Thanx to everyone back home for supporting the troops.

Tell everyone we are thinking of them and will keep them in our prayers. We do the FReps to try and show the state that it is not about the oil and what they need to be doing is support the troops in this hour of need not put them down and degrade what they are doing in the name of peacemakers.
