Finally got an email back from Maria Cantwell. She just wrote the same crap that they are spewing on the Senate floor. I replied:

Since all the arguments you outline in this email have already been refuted and made to be seen as foolish by Senator Hatch, please email me when you receive any new arguments from the DNC. Also, the attacks on Senator Hatch are reprehensible.

Bill Nelson's office is assuring that Sen. Nelson WILL vote to allow the vote, but may not vote to confirm.

Sen. Graham's office all but confirmed my suspicion that Graham is going to be conveniently unavailable for any vote or comment until this particular hot potato for a Sen. from Florida w/ Presidential aspirations is settled.

I informed his office that the good Senator had clout and could certainly release a statement re. Miguel from his hospital bed. (^:
