If the President can make recess appointments, wonder if he could make a recess declration of war on Iraq, attack and liberate the country by the 23rd and let the senate vote on it when they come back the 24th?

I could be wrong, but I think he has all the authorizations he needs, I think he's playing with Sadam's head a bit before he goes in.
