Kilmeade in Kuwait again!

Posted on 02/13/2003 4:16:16 AM PST by ConservativeMan55

Brian Kilmeade is in Kuwait again this morning. When asked what he thought of Sean Penn he said he hates that guy, and called him a loser.
Brian did live fire training, and target practice. Then some more shot outs from soldiers to their families. Then something called Joe Military. I'm taping this, and going to try and make an audio of what Brian says. If anybody can post audio let me know, because Brian is awesome! Brian said if Saddam thinks he can win he's got another thing coming!!

I'll never forget right after 9/11 when Clinton was in the streets of NYC "comforting" pretty young women, Kilmeade was the only on with the cojones to ask him questions about his administration's failure to go after the terrorists.

Yeah, when Mancow came on, they got Brian back on the video feed again, and he said the troops had a message for Mancow.

They pan back, and all these guys start chanting, "Mancow! Mancow! Mancow!"

Anyway, he couldn't maintain the usual snappy patter, he just had to stand there beside his mike for a minute before he could go on; he was choked up.

Iraq is a secular country. Alcohol is available all over the place except for where our troops are garrisoned. I'm sure that none of the C-130s or C-141s or C-5s or C-17s have ANY beer aboard.

Brian often irritates me (when he asks dumb questions) but I have been loving this tour, esp. the bits featuring our troops in Kuwait -- puts a face onto those men and women who are defending our freedom -- what a contrast to weasels like Sean penn and Dustin Hoffman !! Has anyone noticed the amazing "exclusives" that Fox news has been getting ? Live fire exercises, night training, lots of access -- I'm betting the "brass" appreciates the fair and balanced attitude of the network and is rewarding them accordingly ! Maybe Jennings asked for access and was turned down ??

It's bovine blood, but it's not used anymore. After mad-cow in Europe, the practice ended in all winehouses that export, and in virtually all houses producing domestically.

Fox News didn't say pig's blood -- they said bovine blood -- someone on the thread here made the boo-boo

Mancow got all weepy? Oh, I'd have loved to have seen that. I would have gotten all weepy, too.

I got weepy too! I was sitting on the couch folding laundry, and then the troups started chanting, "Mancow, Mancow...." Mancow had to walk away from the mike and couldn't talk. I started tearing up.

I think Brian is coming home today. I wish he would stay there, because I really enjoyed those segments.

I'm glad you pointed it out. This has been great watching Brian report from Kuwait.
They should do something special for Brian when he gets back.

"Mancow got all weepy? Oh, I'd have loved to have seen that. I would have gotten all weepy, too."

Mancow was so choked up he couldn't talk at first. Apparently he is getting married this weekend and Kilmeade couldn't be there of course. Mancow said the soldiers' salute was the best wedding present Kilmeade to give. It was very moving.

Mancow DID get weepy. He backed off the camera and turned away. It was cool. He was unexpectedly touched. Best wishes to him and his intended this weekend.
