DOHA, Qatar (CNN) -- In an audiotape broadcast Tuesday on the Arabic television network Al-Jazeera, a voice purported to be that of Osama bin Laden called on Muslims to fight any U.S.-led attack on Iraq and warned leaders of Islamic nations not to help the so-called enemy.

The Dems will claim the tape, if proven not to be authentic, was fabricated by the Bush administration to bolster their claim Al Quada and Iraq are connected.

If the tape proves to be authentic, then the Dems will use it as justification that the war on terror is a failure since OBL is still alive.

Either way, this tape is a win-win situation for the dems. What is more interesting is how Germany/France will react to it. There is an AP article posted on FR that states German security officials have authenticated the tape. The question now remains, how they will react to the Al Quada/Iraq connection.
