Nice 135 crew, the one riding heard on the plumbers panels while very cute and all, looks to be not a day over 15.
I've crewed with many many pilots in my days and some of the best sticks have been female.

Yes, but without the tanker there can be no fuel to operate the bombers and fighters. :)

My guess is that the one on the right front is the Boomer.

Who was the first female AC on 135's? I recall a Capt Phillips at Blytheville AFB in '83.

A bit off the military angle, but I seem to remember PeoplExpress Airlines having a first all female crew flying 747s from EWR to London. Anyone else recall that? The ladies in the KC 135 are all very cute.

LOL! I almost didn't use that word cause it could be interpreted in several different ways. :)

I don't recall that, but I do recall that they merged with Continental.

OK, I got a question for ya. Take a look at the instrument panel. Is that aircraft in the air at full throttle (check throttle position in photo, I don't know the type)? Do the guages look like the aircraft is flying/operating/ etc.? Just curious.

Kelly Hamilton.

Full throttle? No. In-flight? Yes.......certainly appears so.

When I was in Kuwait in 2000 I hitched a ride back to Ali Al Salem from Bahrain on a C-130. After getting settled in I looked up as the crew was boarding the aircraft. They looked very similar the fine ladies that are piloting this aircraft. It was the smoothest flight I've ever been on and that is saying a lot for a C-130!
