'How true it is that every reproductive choice there is a story,' Turner writes in an upcoming pro-choice Planned Parenthood book.
'It was true for me. I can honestly say that in college, a Planned Parenthood clinic saved-and changed-my life.'
According to various bios of Turner the 54 year old actress has one child a 15 year old daughter.
Her spoksman couldn't be reached for comment.
A spokesman for Planned Parenthood said 'We don't know and we don't ask.'

Not if her mother ran into them 50+ years ago.
Too bad the same can't be said for the baby you and it killed.
What a coincidence! Why, 6 years before I went to grade school, not being in a Planned Parenthood clinic saved my life!
Darn, if only Kathleen and I had known we had so much in common, back before she became a dried up old prune of a Hollywood has-been!
There is a up to $500.00 (not to exceed ever $25,000) fine to any one that kills an 'endangered' fox, or upsets/touches certain turtle nest eggs along our shores. Under the detailed listings of the federal Endangered Species Act.
There is a $350.00 to $500.00 'amount due' to kill the human species. (AKA abortion) And in second/third human trimesters; scissors are jabbed into the HUMAN head and the brains are sucked out-In elective surgeries- daily, in the United States, all under the guise of a woman's "right." The only real "right" is the "right" to remain silent.
When will humans become "endangered" and protected?
When will the so called pro-"choicers" realize basic science skills of the food-chain? Human's are NOT at the bottom of the food-chain.
Do they really see what they do, with their political correctness all in the guise of a "woman's right"?

Unfortunately, her child, who would now be early 30's, could not be reached for comment.
As difficult as rape and subsequent pregnancy would be, abortion is NOT the answer.
The point was not to defend abortion. What is the "logic" in reply 10 that says 2 wrongs make a right?
That reply consisted of two sentences. The first was a factual statement about Kathleen Turner: "Kathleen Turner was raped by two men in her apartment once." The second was an opinion about the emotional responses of some people: "Such an experience would tend to harden one's pro-abortion-choice feelings." That doesn't imply that rape would turn a pro-lifer into a pro-choicer -- it speaks about someone who is ALREADY pro-abortion and suggests that by making one of the standard pro-abortion-choice arguments much more personally salient, it would tend to "harden" such a person's "feelings". NO suggestion at all of any LOGICAL support -- just that it would harden FEELINGS, and thereby explain why someone might adopt a logically indefensible position in support of abortion.
I am as pro-life as one can be, in complete accord with the position of the Catholic church. I am still capable of recognizing that EVEN THOUGH ABORTION AFTER RAPE IS WRONG, it is still the case that RAPE MIGHT BE A REASON SOMEONE WANTS TO HAVE AN ABORTION.
This is not to justify Turner; it is to EXPLAIN why she might have wanted to be able to have an abortion in the past, and why she therefore might defend it now. Please read more carefully before jumping to conclusions about my positions.
Maybe the problem is that you unconsciously assumed the pernicious and false maxim "to understand all is to forgive all", which I explicitly reject.
