President Bush's plans to assist in Africa with the AIDS crisis is pretty much the direct result of Christian advisors combined with long term national interest.

Chaos, hunger, and millions of orphans in Africa is opening the door for Muslim extremists to come in and assist and recruit them and stick them in Madrassas. This is really part of the battle with Islam over the fate of Africa. A valid battle.

We need to build a better space launch platform now. But we don't need to zero out a new plane, or close down Guantanamo, or turn our back on Kenya in order to save a few bucks to pay for it.

What, exactly, do you know about why the shuttle was lost? How do you know that current shuttle design is the problem? [It could be the problem-- I just want to know how you back up your comment about a "safer design."]
