Professor's Letter Refusal Causes Probe By LISA FALKENBERG Associated Press Writer

DALLAS -- A biology professor who refuses to write letters of recommendation for his students if they don't believe in evolution is being accused of religious discrimination, and federal officials are investigating, the school said.

The legal complaint was filed against Texas Tech University and professor Michael Dini by a student and the Liberty Legal Institute, a religious freedom group that calls Dini's policy "open religious bigotry."

I didn't find any back door. After I sent the post, the "back door" found *it*. That was out of my control and not my intention. I sent it to the individuals, I had no intention of using the list server to do that, I didn't need the list server to do that.

I did say they were un-American - and gave the references to prove it. I did say they had an unstable morality and had no absolute basis to determine right from wrong (and nobody has shown otherwise). I did say they had no foundation or basis for their morality, and thereby had no grounds on which to say things like pedophilia are wrong - but I did not say that those who take Genesis allegorically are on the verge of promoting pedophilia. I only suggested they had no absolute basis from which to fight it, and neither you, nor anyone else, has offered any.
