I wonder if Ben & Jerry's is prepared to lose a lot of sales. I know they'll lose mine. And since Judas Jeffords will probably also lose his dairy subsidies in the next year, it'll be rough year for Ben Cohen and his pro-terrorist idiot friends.

I'd love to boycott them, but I've never eaten their product in the first place.
Ben & Jerry's showed their true colors about ten years ago when they became sponsors for a political/advocacy group that was fighting to keep Wal-Mart from opening a new store somewhere in Vermont. Full-page ads in the local papers up there and everything else.
Someone leaked word to the press that B&J was playing both sides -- they had already signed a contract to be Wal-Mart's primary ice cream vendor in Vermont.

We gave up buying theri ice cream four years ago, but we are the acceptin not the rule. The hate babies in the womb almost as much as they hate the President and the Republic.
To: Alberta's Child
Well, we loved their ice cream. Notice the past tense, BTW.

Thank you for posting this. I went to their web site and informed them that they have lost my business (frankly, they never had it so it wasn't any big loss)

Why don't you hear about PETA protesting against Ben & Jerry for their exploitation and abuse of dairy cows? I guess Red birds of a feather flock together. BTW, isn't their ice-cream overloaded with artery clogging fat? Contributing to heart disease is not something a good Socialist should do, is it?

I think that Ben and Jerry's has new owners. Ben Cohen is no longer associated with the company.

A better move is to support a sin tax on movie tickets to help ameliorate the damage that Hollywood and the entertainment industry has done to young minds.

They sued MAc Donalds!
Why not sue Ben and Jerry's and their founders as well as the entertainment industry for smoking, drinking, drug use, violence which they depict unceasingly.
Piss on George Clooney too!

You are correct!
B&J is now part of Unilever (since 2000).
Was Ben acting unilaterally or should we boycott Unilever?
