Nonetheless he refuses to admit to it -- and yet he stops short of any claim that he's being slandered/libeled, for if he did that the original news sources could challenge him to settle the matter in court where people and documents would be subpoenaed. This is the last thing he wants, so he continues to evade and looks worse and worse, solidifying the public impression that he did exactly what he's reputed to have done and is still lying about it, just as he lied when he initially denied that the Ritter in question was him.

If his "peace" message were that honest, then anyone could tell it.

If he were on the "other side" of the issue and supporting military action against Iraq then he might be in posession of special information he's seen regarding WMD.

He supposedly turned on the issue because he felt he was being used to spy on Iraq. That does nothing to support the position that they don't have WMD.

Actually, I have to agree with the perv's assessment. Because of this leak, he isn't on a plane to Baghdad...now that the truth is out, he's no longer useful to Saddam.
