No. It was really he who was arrested. And he tried to set up a second tryst after being met by police at the site of a previous tryst. He had lots of warning that he could get caught.

This is relevant because we can now possibly see why Ritter changed his position 180 degrees. We always thought the Iraqi's bribed him with cash. This points to blackmail with pictures.

He was ordered into counseling for sex offenders. He was being investigated for a previous tryst - a meeting set up with what he thought was a *fourteen* year old girl.

It's illegal to do what he did.
He didn't even have the sense to stop trying to arrange these meetings even after he had been caught in a previous and released with a warning.

The creeps who set up this type of meeting have been known to do much worse than masturbate in front of the young things. (In my local area a man arranged such a meeting, abducted, beat up and raped the girl.)

As far as the timing....I'm very surprised that the liberal media could cover this up for as long as they did, almost two years.

He was caught twice, and arrested once. He somehow had the case dismissed and the records sealed. Actions that resulted in the DA being fired. If hooking up with underage girls to masturbate in front of them isn't illegal, it's immoral. It also goes a long way to explain why he suddenly flipped regarding Iraq. Believe what you want.
