This is from an ad in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Jan. 20, 2003, page 6B for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel From the Heart Women's Lecture Series, presented by Boston Store in community partnership with UW Milwaukee.
Janet Reno is appearing at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts on April 29 at 7:30.
Under her picture it says: "IN CONVERSATION. As the nation's first female Attorney General, Janet Reno headed the world's largest justice and law enforcement office for nearly eight years. Known throughout government for integrity, independence and respect for the rules of law she has worked ceaselessly to make justice a reality for all Americans. Don't miss this rare chance to hear Janet Reno's legendary stories of courage, vision and dedication to both duty and principle that have made her one of the country's most admired women."
Other speakers for their series include Judy Collins, Feb. 18; Julie Nixon Eisenhower, April 7; Dana Reeve (wife of Christopher Reeve) and Priscilla Presley, June 3.
I couldn't find this on the Journal Sentinel's web site. If someone finds it, please post the link.

"Barf Alert" is sometimes overused on this forum.
Not here!

Mrs. Ches was in favor of a "Projectile Vomiting Alert". I didn't think that was necessary since I didn't have a picture to post. Of course if someone posts one we may need to ask the Admin. Mod. for an upgrade.

I'm checking my Thesaurus right now and I don't see where "lecuture" is another way to say "twitch across the stage".

Oh, sorry. Was this woman Presley's wife? Guess I should know better than to comment on the personal lives of celebrities when I don't follow that stuff.

Yep, Priscilla is Elvis' wife. She's the one that was in the Naked Gun movies with Leslie Neilsen.
