This is from an ad in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Jan. 20, 2003, page 6B for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel From the Heart Women's Lecture Series, presented by Boston Store in community partnership with UW Milwaukee.

Janet Reno is appearing at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts on April 29 at 7:30.

Other speakers for their series include Judy Collins, Feb. 18; Julie Nixon Eisenhower, April 7; Dana Reeve (wife of Christopher Reeve) and Priscilla Presley, June 3.

How someone can say this with a straight face is beyond me...Janet Reno's ignoble tenure was bracketed by the mistreatment of children - the children killed at Waco and the illegal seizure and deportation of Elian in clear violation of immigration law and the guidelines of the INS.

The other night I had a edream where I was at a reception for the media where the crop of RAT presidential candidates were plying their lies. Everything was tolerable until I happened to glance up and there right in front of me was The Torch.

Yes it WAS a nightmare and I DID wake up screaming.

Ole shakenbake was the keynote speaker at a hospital charity function here in NJ....... people got up and walked out. Those that stayed said she was incoherent and totally out of it. (My guess is that she'd been drinking, but I wasn't there) Family members attended and said there were lots of complaints by the attendees.

C'mon, these same people are featuring the wife of Christopher(Kill babies so I can walk again) Reeves and Priscilla Presley. (Is she even capable of coherent speech?) So one would be foolish to really expect any critical thinking skills to be evident in these event organizers.

Footnote by Ches. I happen to know she did not inherit several hundred million dollars and did this all on her own talent and ability. The King is rolling over in his grave.
