Clinton talks on the global economy at N.Y.U.
Former President Bill Clinton called on an audience of students to prepare for a future when America will no longer be "the biggest dog on the street" at the keynote address Tuesday of a New York University forum on globalization.
The current globalized world is not sustainable economically, politically or from a security vantage point, Clinton said at the second annual conference co-sponsored by New York University and the William J. Clinton Presidential Foundation. Clinton spoke to an audience of about 450 students and guests.
"On Sept. 11, 2001, members of Al Quaeda used the forces of globalization - open borders, easy immigration, easy travel, easy access to information technology - to kill 3,100 people from 70 countries in three cities in the U.S.," Clinton said.
There are ways to improve our security without sacrificing civil liberties, Clinton stressed. For starters, our government needs to start using the same kinds of tracking systems employed by direct marketers and credit card companies, he said.
With such technology the government in a short period of time can track people who have multiple addresses on file, such as Sept. 11 ringleader Mohammed Atta, who had 12 addresses registered in the U.S, Clinton said. The government could also monitor people who have accrued a lot of credit card debt, he added, giving the example of the Sept. 11 terrorist who racked up $260,000 of debt on 30 credit cards.
Profiling people according to their movements or debt is much preferable than "profiling people because of their religion or ethnic heritage or whatever else," Clinton said, adding that people with such extreme habits were "either rich or up to no good."
The former president also touched on topics including the nuclear crisis in North Korea, economic initiatives in Africa, the Kyoto protocol on global warming and primary education in Mexico and Brazil. He said that the U.S. must help create a global society with "shared benefits, shared responsibility and shared values."
Clinton acknowledged that, "this is not the sexiest subject on the block." But he tried his best to add some flair with the analogy, "If none of us ever joined anything unless we got our way all the time, nobody would get married."
Students had high marks for the former chief executive.
"He throws out a lot of different tidbits of information about different countries," said Hiss an Baja, a 22-year-old first-year law student from California, adding, "The reason I came to N.Y.U. Law is because it's known as the global law school."
The day featured three panels on important topics in the globalization debate. Panelists included Robert Rubin, former secretary of the Treasury; Sandy Berger, former National Security Advisor to President Clinton; and George Soros, the investor and philanthropist. Moderators included Bernard Shaw, C.N.N.'s former anchor; and Karen DeYoung, associate editor at the Washington Post.

The traitor-in-chief has been running for the position of first President of the United Nations.
He will not live to see his dream fullfilled.

Now we know what Clinton's agenda was - to weaken the US so we would "fit in" with the rest of the world. Exactly, that's why he gave all of our nuclear secrets to communist China.

A lot of truth in what you say.
However, China is happy enough to beg, buy or steal innovative ideas.
They are REALLY BURNED by the reality that they used to be the most technologically advanced society and are now coming from last place more or less to join the modern world. They won't be content until they are king of the hill again. They really are intent on making this century and to their minds, this 1,000 years THE CHINESE MILLENIUM.
And they really don't care who they step on or obliterate in the process.
Thankfully, God has some options they wouldn't begin to expect. But otherwise, they'd be sobering contenders.

Yes, we have been exceedingly foolish all over the world.
Yet, God is not against those who follow his injunctions to feed their enemies.
Our idiocies all over the world will haunt us and cause us to reap some poisoned crops that will cause us a lot of grief.
But as George Washington's vision/dream envisioned, we shall survive and rise again.
Hopefully much more humbly and much wiser.

I think it remains to be seen where our current fearless leader will end up.
I hope it will be as he appears--vigorously on the side of righteousness and sanity.
Regardless, God will have HIS WAY--and on His schedule. He honors us by allowing our prayers to have an impact and part in all that.
But I don't think the puppetmasters behind the curtain are as well known as some lists would make them out to be. Perhaps the lists are accurate. But I suspect some never mentioned on the lists have as much or more power behind the scenes than those who's names appear on the lists.

Former President Bill Clinton called on an audience of students to prepare for a future when America will no longer be "the biggest dog on the street" at the keynote address Tuesday of a New York University forum on globalization. He has worked for many years to make that so. He, and Hillary too. Make no mistake. It is what they live for. They detest this country and our form of government.

Yes we did. And although the soviet union is defunct, its bankrupt ideology is permeating our culture and is very much alive in the world. The USSRs former president is housed very graciously in San Francisco's Presidio. How ironic is that? Have you seen his website, Green Cross International? He is pushing communism through enviromentalism. The USSR is still functioning as an entity to subvert our government, through Gorby and others.
Ask yourself, how many countries in the world are free? How many are socialist/communist? How many Latin American countries have given over to communism?
I think we are surrounded.

He was always mostly the smiling face on the rabid top dogs behind the scene.
He's happy with that role. But he's had fantasies of being top tyrant of at least North America.
Some having visions or dreams of W's limo being rocketed and a dictator then taking over have had shivers thinking or having an impression it would be or might be Billdo.
I still think Shrillery Hillary is a worse example and a worse/at least as likely possibility. She's exceedingly MORE ruthless though Dilldo's ruthlessness is extensive enough.

And which country, exactly, will surpass the US? When China thinks they are ready, they're going to take a crack at us.

They are determined to find a form of government and regulation which will capitalize on our strengths and avoid our weaknesses AND be applicable to the Chinese culture.
For a time, if the workers are well treated, top-down control can be more efficient.
Of course, the glut of corruption retards any real progress China dreams of or achieves.
That flaw in their values is not moderated by a Christian substrate.
However, given that they are likely already the world's most Authentically Christian Nation in raw numbers of earnest believers--the SALT of the earth may yet season China's new adventures very powerfully.
Classified documents from the Chinese's top Central Committee have documented how well the rulers know that the genuine Christians are the most trustworthy, most diligent, most honorable, least trouble making of all the value orientations in China.

And the World Worker's Party long ago strategized to take any and every special interest group that existed or that could be organized and setting it against the culture in general and other interest groups.
They and the other paid commie goons succeeded very well and still are.
