The 5 illegal aliens wanted for questioning by the FBI's counterterrorist squad may be connected to a forgery ring, officials said yesterday.
The FBI still has no information that the men were connected to a terrorist activity, the officials emphasized.
The FBI wants to question the men-believed to be Pakistani-in its probe of a group that makes false documents and passports.

There was a thread on DU.com dummies yesterday (I was looking to see how they "feel" about the 5 terrorists and open boarders )where they were talking about all the drugs givin to military personel, like speed and stuff, to keep them going. How would Democrats know that even if it were true?

Both governments ask for birth certificate or passport, but will let you through with "I don't have a passport" and "Sorry, I didn't know."

In the articles I read, it was "in connection with" a false passport (British)(sic Brits or INS investigation) who were smugglers (sic Brits and / or US Customs) and the alert was issued by the FBI. ...also, the NY Post reported 19 whacki Pakis. That tells me the NYPD tipped the Post. The FBI said 5 as they didn't want themselves to look any worse in a serious situation or they do not know the ID of the other 14. The seriousness REQUIRED their notifying the public - for safety and because they do not know how to catch these guys in time without the public, luck or another agebcy doing the work that they will take credit for...

If there are Canadian or British lawyers out there I would be interested in communicating privately with you to explore interesting hypothetical issues.
