Whoa, he sure doesn't look like he's in a very good mood.My thoughts exactly, McG.
It's just difficult to imagine the pressure on this good fella. My heart goes out to this family.

He probably just read that stupid Woodward book, which I just finished (received it as a Christmas present). It is NOT recommended by me, as Woodward leaves out important things, emphasizes the disagreements in the cabinet, and makes it seem like no one really knew what they were doing and that the entire Afghan campaign was a huge stroke of luck. Rumsfeld is portrayed as deceptive to the press, Powell as always in trouble with the President, Cheney as being too apt to go to war, Rice as indecisive, and Rove only appears for that stupid Nazi comment.
The President comes through as pulling all the pieces together, but Woodward takes digs at every single person in the cabinet.
I should have never read the darn thing...put me in a bad mood.

Maybe he just has a lot on his mind.

Whoa, he sure doesn't look like he's in a very good mood.Fer sure. It makes me wonder if we shouldn't be on "red alert" status. He's not grumpy by nature, and his family usually makes him even happier.

Someone pointed out to me once that the president often looks tired after a weekend with his girls. LOL. I can certainly relate to that! For all of us, though, our kids are precious, and we love every minute with them.
